Permanent Campaign Management
A result of advertising for key appointments may be that a large number of hopeful applicants respond. If handled directly by a company, it could prove to be a major drain on their resources and management time. Connect Group is able to provide a targeted online advertising strategy; we work with you to manage your vacancies using multiple job boards. We have built strong partnerships with job boards covering specific sectors and niche areas (e.g. SAP, IT, Public Sector, Health, Rail and Energy).
We create individual microsites with specific URLs to successfully advertise your Company and vacancies available. These microsites are branded to include the client biography, logo’s and any additional company information the client wishes to share.
We will work with you to define your job descriptions and then create and design your adverts.

Transition Recruitment
We work closely with our clients to manage their recruitment consolidation initiatives across their business and can be instrumental in providing an on-site consultant to manage and co-ordinate the transition of contractors from a variety of agencies to the newly appointed PSL.
For any transition to work properly the client must get the ‘buy in’ from all Key Stakeholders. This needs to be in the form of a directive from senior management to ensure that there will be no loopholes and that the full financial benefit of the Transition Management is gained by the client.
Regular discussions relating to the progress of the project should take place between the migration team which is made up of the client, the Connect Group Account Director and any other agencies involved.
Contractors that are to be transitioned need to be communicated to on a regular basis regarding status and timescales. Connect Group can be available on-site (out of hours or lunchtimes) to ensure that contractors with any concerns or issues have the opportunity to discuss and resolve them proactively with minimal impact to the client or the contractor.
On completion of the transition project, Connect Group will provide full documentation that will include full breakdown of contractor’s dates and rates (pay and charge) and any issues that had to be overcome during the process.
